Amana Miles App is a comprehensive vehicle maintenance tracking and mileage logging platform designed for individuals, families, and fleet managers. Our service helps you track maintenance schedules, log mileage, set service reminders, and manage your vehicle data efficiently.

2. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

2.1 Subscription Plans
Amana Miles offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Family, Enterprise) with different features and vehicle limits. All paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

2.2 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with Amana Miles, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- To request a refund, email support@amanamiles.app
- Refunds apply only to the first billing cycle of a new subscription
- Renewals are non-refundable after 30 days from renewal date

2.3 Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No charges will be made for subsequent billing cycles
- Your data remains accessible (read-only) for 90 days after cancellation
- After 90 days, your account reverts to the Free plan (1 vehicle limit)

2.4 Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at support@amanamiles.app within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve billing errors promptly.

3. Service Usage and Account Rights

When you subscribe to Amana Miles App, you gain access to our platform features including vehicle tracking, maintenance logging, service reminders, and analytics. Your subscription grants you personal use rights to the service. Data you input remains your property, but you grant us permission to process it to provide our services.

4. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data including name, email, payment information, and vehicle/maintenance data as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. You have the right to export your data (GDPR Article 15) and delete your account (GDPR Article 17) at any time from your account settings.

5. Data Security and Ownership

You retain ownership of all vehicle and maintenance data you input into our system. We implement industry-standard security measures including zero-knowledge encryption for sensitive fields. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We will provide notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
